TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following guidelines must be read, and accepted prior to hiring equipment from The Teepee Tribe LTD. The hirer has the sole responsibility for ensuring any persons using the equipment adheres to these guidelines.
> The Teepees are not suitable for children aged 3 and under.
> Adult supervision is required at all times.
> Footwear and jewellery must be removed before using the equipment.
> No sharp objects on, or near the equipment.
> No make-up, face paint, nail polish or any other cosmetic which may cause staining.
> Food, drinks and chewing gum are not permitted in the Teepees.
> Strictly one person per Teepee.
> No pets
> No one who is feeling unwell should use the Teepees.
> The Teepees are for indoor use only.
> No climbing, swinging, tampering with the Teepees.
> Smoking is prohibited in the room that the Teepees are situated.
> The Teepees should not be moved, relocated etc by anyone after they have been set up by The Teepee Tribe LTD.
A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking. This will be deducted from the balance of payment which is due 7 days prior to the party. We will contact you for this payment. In the event of a cancellation, we will try to assist with rescheduling subject to availability. All deposits are non-refundable.
A refundable £60 cash security deposit is required to cover of any damage which may occur. This is refunded upon collection and inspection of the equipment. In the result of any damage exceeding this amount, the hirer will be liable. The hirer will be invoiced by The Teepee Tribe LTD and this invoice must be settled within 14 days. A price list of the items in detailed below.
If the equipment is collected in dirty condition, a minimum £20 cleaning charge will be incurred.

We/The Company cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from skin allergies.
All persons using the equipment, do so at their own risk. The Teepee Tribe LTD cannot be held responsible for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
The hirer is liable for any damage/injury occurring from misuse.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring guidelines and adhered to and the safety of all persons using the equipment.
By booking with us, the hirer are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions.
